Heath Film & Photo · since 2015

Cinematic wedding films and photographs from Heath Film & Photo. Twelve years of weddings, one quiet eye.

We work the way the day actually moves: slowly in the morning, all at once in the afternoon, and softly again when the lights come down. Brandon leads both the films and the photographs, with a small crew of independent photographers and videographers he has worked beside for years when the day calls for more than one pair of hands.

Small on purpose. Enough people to be everywhere that matters; few enough that you forget we are there.

Photographs — twelve years of weddings

Forget the pose. Remember the look.

A hand reaching back for yours on the stairs. The breath before the doors open. The laugh that broke the formal portrait. These are the frames couples return to years later — made across six weddings and as many rooms, one way of seeing.

Every wedding is a story we only get to tell once. We take that seriously.

What will not change: first names only, no stars, no scores. Just what people said once the day had settled.

Brandon shoots with the pace of the day, not against it. Natural sound, real speeches, no stock music swelling where it shouldn't. Films are edited to be watched more than once.

About the studio

Brittany & Brandon

Brandon leads Heath Weddings. He films and photographs the day himself, bringing in a small team of independent photographers and videographers he has worked with for years when a wedding needs more than one pair of hands.

His background is documentary and cinematic work, and it shows in the weddings: patient framing, natural sound, and an instinct for the shot that is about to happen rather than the one that already did.

Brittany runs the wedding side with him: the planning, the conversations before the day, and the day itself — where to be, when, and when to let a moment finish before anyone moves.

Heath Weddings is the wedding studio of Heath Film & Photo, a photography and film practice working out of Atlanta, Georgia since 2015. We photograph and film weddings in Atlanta and beyond.

“One team, one quiet eye.”
